From the first contact Emma was extremely helpful, and continued to be so throughout. I was totally inexperienced in these matters and Emma explained everything patiently and compassionately.

We had used Emma for a family funeral last year and Emma remembered family members names which really impressed me. Emma is absolutely lovely to deal with and very professional. She helped enormously to make what seemed to be initially an immense task be really quite straightforward.  The service was absolutely beautiful.
